Deer Hunting Opening Day is Saturday

Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources asking hunters to participate in survey.

Opening day for bow hunting for deer in Wisconsin is Saturday, and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is asking hunters “to report their field observations of a variety of wildlife species, hunting conditions and hours spent pursuing game,” a news release states.

The Deer Hunter Wildlife Survey goes live Saturday for the beginning day of the 2011 deer hunting season, the news release states.

  • Gun; Nov. 19 – Nov. 27
