7 Blood Drives Scheduled for June in Waukesha
Flight for Life blood drive is being held today.
Waukesha has seven blood drives scheduled for the month of June, including the Flight for Life drive that is scheduled for today at the Waukesha County Airport.
“For over 50 years, BloodCenter of Wisconsin has been partnering with donors to meet the needs of patients in our communities,” the website states. “Through blood collection, testing, treatment and research, BloodCenter of Wisconsin is helping to bring hope and healing to our coworkers, neighbors, friends and families.”
The BloodCenter of Wisconsin is the only supplier of blood to local, community hospitals and to 60 percent of the state, according to its website.
