Enjoy lunch, then hear from Erika Laabs on the farm at Ten Chimneys, the home of theater legends Alfred Lunt and Lynn Fontanne. The farm was responsive to the needs brought on by WWII, both locally and overseas, and few have considered the important role the farm played during its heyday until now. Fee: $8, includes lunch and museum admission. Registration by May 8, please call (262) 521-2859, ext. 224.

Come explore the history of Waukesha County with a visit to the Waukesha County Historical Society & Museum. You'll find ongoing special exhibits, events and programs for all ages of interest.
The Research Center at the museum specializes in local family history with archives of birth, death, wedding and land records, plus many more similar type documents.
The volunteer staff are ready to greet you with directions and information when you enter the museum or when you stop by the gift shop. The gift shop has unique books, cards, games, statues, toys and candy for sale. It's always fun to go home with a souvenir of your adventure.
The museum also has an education department that offers guided tours, discovery boxes and an outreach program. Inquire about that for your group or students.
