Editor's Note: The following information was submitted by downtown resident Victoria Hekkers.

Five hopeful candidates will present their backgrounds and offer their views on issues related to the City of Waukesha and District 11.  These forums will be offered on two back-to-back days in late January before the primary election. The public is invited to attend either of these forums for additional information on these five candidates.

• Sunday    January  27 at 3:00 PM at East Terrace Apartments, 801 East Ave.

• Monday  January 28 at 7:00 PM at Avalon Square, 222 Park Place
