Just what we need, people driving around whilst eating hot soup.

I see someone suing panera because they burned their privates. Like that woman who sued McDonald's Read Morebecause she put her coffee between her legs. And she burned herself.

I always thought a KFC out here near Silvernail and Grandview would be nice.
Hydra March 27, 2014 at 03:05 PM
Popeyes would be nice.

Go Ahead Tessie---who is stopping you? Waukesha would NOT bring it in---a business owner would. IfRead Morey ou do ---you have my support and business!

There has been a problem with freezing water mains. Apparently when the water comes out brown orRead Moreso it indicates freezing water in the mains. The water company called us twice to ask us to keep a faucet running...constantly. So we've had our basement cold water tap running for a couple of weeks or more. Day and night. They are going to reimburse us for all that water. You might want to call them to see if you should be doing the same thing. It's still cold way down deep in the soil.

@Internet Police I have a full-time job, so I am not able to devote 60 hours a week to Patch as IRead Moredi d in the past. I think it is still important for everyone to have a voice and access to information about their community. I do not know if anyone else will return in Wisconsin. I was given the opportunity and took advantage of it.

Fair enough. I hope that Jeff comes back. Whitefish Bay and Shorewood could use him.

There was an option for Hunting should be outlawed. What a strange and non relation option toRead Moreinclu de in such a poll. Even those that don't hunt have never expressed that the tradition and sport should be outlawed. Who do you hang around with? Why would you want to skew your poll with such a hard left wing extremest option? The only conclusion is that you think hunting should be outlawed and the only spot to express that was in the poll. Since, it had nothing to do with the topic you were writing about.

A response to a comment that is misquoted. One of the quotes that I focus on in this week's blog:Read Moreht tp://goo.gl/L5mPCw
Mr Lundt February 28, 2014 at 02:23 PM
Its really fun when people say stupid things....they claim its misquoted or then out ofRead Morecontext. Ye t they never explain what they mean by that. The comment stands alone and any search on the context and the quote show it is a perfect representation of what she said.

Mr Lundt, per a guy who used the name "Patch" to post in one comment section and who IRead Moreact ually verified as a Patch employee, we just don't realize that we're getting a much better Patch than we were in the past. They have the numbers to support their contention that we'd much rather read about Facebook birthday party friends, pilots flying around the country saving condemned dogs, students making fantastic half court shots, daughters obsessed with "Frozen, etc, etc, etc. And all these things are indeed local within the area where they occurred, so complaints that Patch is no longer local are moot. They're working 7 days a week on stuff they'd rather not go into detail about because we're all too skeptical and...blah, blah, blah. You don't need to know about mayoral primary thingies. So don't worry about that stuff and contemplate butter so good you'll skip the bread.
Mr Lundt February 19, 2014 at 01:37 PM
To be fair, how to make a homemade electrolyte pop is on par with a mayoral election. I guessRead Moresomet hing had to give and one can see how the popsicle made the cut and the election did not. Keeping the low in low information voters.
Tom Snyder February 22, 2014 at 11:39 AM
The National partisan break out appears to be like 47% to 47% with the low information voters whoRead Moredo n't know or care what that think, swaying the outcome one way or the other usually being influenced by advertising. With that in mind, being Bi-Partisan is also being Third Partisan. YOU LOSE.

Basically, they fired the editors and just put in filler stuff. I am an out of stater, but loveRead Morevisi ting Waukesha. I used to read the Patch to keep up on things in the commyunity. Sad.
DoriS Mikolajczak January 14, 2014 at 09:41 PM
It's sad when something poeple like and read is taken away for no reason
Mr Lundt January 15, 2014 at 01:01 PM
There was a reason Doris. There were/are financial issues.
