Students at Hadfield Elementary School recently participated in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's "Pasta for Pennies" program. The coin drive, organized by Hadfield's Student Council, raised $1028.70, which will be used to fund advocacy, research, and patient services for families affected by cancer. Pictured above with student council members and students in the top fund-raising class are principal Grace Hess, fourth grade teacher Karen Leis, and Student Council advisor Michele Gagner.

You can choose to make a positive difference in the lives of others....and you can do it at any age. Congratulations to everyone at Hadfield Elementary School for being role models and what we at Team Dawg like to call, Everyday Heroes. You all have the super power of caring in your hearts! Thank you from Team Dawg!
