Ed has been a great friend of mine for over 30 years. We grew up together in law enforcement and worked together on several initiatives that always brought people together toward a common goal. In my opinion he is the most experienced person to handle this job. He is not a politician, which is a good thing, but he is a person who can see both sides of things and works with people.
