At Just Under $1 Million, This Home is Sports Lover's Dream

This week's "Wow House" in Menomonee Falls includes a golf course within walking distance, plus an indoor putting green and a basketball court, a spa and sauna...for a reduced price of $939,000.

From elegant and stately mansions to modern, environmentally-friendly abodes, the Milwaukee suburbs are chock-full of one-of-a-kind homes for sale. Each week Patch highlights one "Wow House" that caught our attention.

This week, it's a 9,300-square-foot home on Golfview Court in Menomonee Falls that seems just right for any sports enthusiast.

Not only does this five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home have a huge deck that overlooks the Wanaki Golf Course, but it also includes a sports court, fitness room, spa, sauna and a first-floor putting green.

In addition, this brick-front home comes with a media room, a library with floor to ceiling bookcases, a two-way fireplace, a formal dining room and two dishwashers in the large kitchen that overlooks the living room.

Offered by Whitten Realty, the 8-year-old home was recently reduced in price to $939,900. If you put 20 percent down, payments would be roughly $3,420 on a 30-year mortgage.

To schedule a private showing, contact Whitten Realty at (414) 481-9044.

If you're a real estate agent and would like to have one of your homes included in our free "Wow House" feature, send an email to milwaukee@patch.com.

Hmmmm. A room dedicated to golf and a room dedicated to basketball, with no book shelves pictured. It figures.
