A 22-year-old Waukesha woman could be in the running for worst roommate in Wisconsin after she stole her roommate’s Green Bay Packers tickets in order to pay the roommate for the rent, a criminal complaint alleges.

It’s unclear in the criminal complaint whether the victim was able to go to the Packers game with the four tickets she purchased from StubHub for $843 because the roommate apparently dumped them on Interstate-94. The roommate, Stephanie L. Annen, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Wednesday with one count of theft. If convicted, she faces up to nine months in prison and $10,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint:

The theft was reported Dec. 3 in the 500 block of North West Barstow Street. The victim told officers that after the tickets went missing, she received a message on Facebook from someone letting her know the same seats were being sold online. That’s when the woman realized Annen had taken the tickets

Annen told police she took the tickets and was trying to sell them for $100 each because she owed the victim money for back rent. However, after she realized the victim had called police, Annen said she threw the tickets out the window on I-94 in Delafield.

Annen is slated to make her initial appearance in court April 2.
