Waukesha Woman Fakes Emergencies to Avoid Traffic Citations
A Waukesha woman is accused of calling 911 and reporting major crimes on seven occasions where she was pulled over in 2011.
A 33-year-old Waukesha woman wanting to avoid traffic tickets could instead get jail time because she made multiple false emergency phone calls to police dispatchers.
Aisha R. Jackson was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with seven counts of placing a false emergency call. Jackson pleaded guilty Wednesday during her initial court appearance to two of the charges in exchange for the other five being dropped. She faces up to 180 days in jail and a $600 fine when she is sentenced Jan. 31
According to the criminal complaint:
On Jan. 21, 2011, Jackson was pulled over by Waukesha police officers when they got a call about three masked men entering a gas station. The officers left the traffic stop and went to the gas station, but didn’t find anyone there.
In 2011, Jackson was pulled over on May 20, 21, Aug. 22, Sept. 16, Oct. 26 and Dec. 15, and on each occasion Waukesha police dispatchers would get a call from a woman reporting a major crime in progress, but when officers would arrive, no one would be at the location.
Investigators traced the number back to Jackson who had placed the calls when she was pulled over by police in order to avoid getting a citation.

I recommend the maximum sentence but with two additions. One, that her car be confiscated and two, that she be issued a one-way bus ticket to Milwaukee!

Stupid little girl, playing at this. Stop doing things wrong to get stopped and grow up and stop wasting the taxpayers money. Don't send her to Milwaukee, They have their own crap to deal with. Just be a DECENT person and you may find being a grown up is not so bad.

At the very least, she should have to pay all costs associated with the responses to her "emergencies"

The allegations would indicate some very poor choices.

Obviously, this young women must suffer from some strange type of mental illness. There could not be any other possible explanation for making a decision that would needlessly put our law enforcement officials in a hazardous situation and our citizenry in harms way. That being said, this mentally incompetent individual should be remanded to the custody of the Mendota Mental Health Facility for a period of time to be determined by her being assessed to be fit for reincorporation into our society and no longer a threat to the citizens of our county.

The police should not respond to any more emergency calls until they can be certain it is not her again! LOL

I just did a Circuit Court records search on Aisha R. Jackson and what came back was one FULL PAGE of results. Ms. Jackson has flaunted and broken almost every traffic law on the books. She has also been found guilty of retail theft, bail jumping, carrying a concealed weapon etc., etc. etc. Put her in jail for at least three years and then send her back to N.13th Street in Milwaukee from whence she did come to The Sha!

Thanks for this post, I've been doing quite a bit of research on traffic tickets and this has been very helpful. I've been trying to observe all kinds of cases and this is perfect. http://www.nopointstraffictickets.com/
