Government:

• Waukesha Public Library is closing at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday. Wednesday is pending. 

• City Hall is closing at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday. Common Council and all committee meetings canceled. City Hall is closed Wednesday.

Schools

• Carroll University: The university's Founders' Day convocation was rescheduled to 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 4, in the auditorium of the Shattuck Music Center. The event originally was scheduled to be held Wednesday.

• Carroll University classes are canceled after 5 p.m. Tuesday. Classes are canceled Wednesday but the university remains open.

• Waukesha School District: All after-school activities are canceled on Tuesday and classes are canceled on Wednesday.

• University of Wisconsin-Waukesha: Evening classes on Tuesday and day classes on Wednesday are canceled.

Businesses

• Plowshare Gifts is closed Tuesday. 

* Three Sisters' Spirit is closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

• River's End Gallery is closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

• Salto Gymnastics is closing at 3 p.m. Tuesday and opens at 3 p.m. Wednesday.

• Krumrich's Jewelers in downtown Waukesha will be closeing Tuesday at 2 p.m. and will be closed Wednesday. Thursday is pending. Call 262-547-7206

• Serendipity Scrapbooks is closed Tuesday and Wednesday

• Coffee 'N Beans is closed Tuesday 

• Beading Hearts Studio is closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

• Katydids at Maple and Main will close Wednesday.

• Sprizzo Gallery Caffe' closed at 3 p.m. Tuesday and remains closed Wednesday. It  will re-open at 7 a.m. Thursday.

• Cookies Galore & More will be closed Wednesday.

• Jess Fleur Fun will be closed Wednesday.

• Cuddles and Martha Merrell's closed early Tuesday. The store intends to open as soon as possible Wednesday.

Other:

• Waukesha Salvation Army is closed on Wednesday. Community meal program still scheduled for 5 p.m. Tuesday.

• Waukesha Family YMCA is open Tuesday but will close Wednesday.

• RiverGlen Christian Church has canceled youth services for Wednesday night.
