Andrew Belchacz, 52, was killed Monday, according to various news media reports.
A 52-year-old Waukesha man was killed in Monday’s industrial accident in Pewaukee, according to WTMJ.
Andrew Blechacz was killed when paper pallets fell on the man at xpedex, according to Fox 6. He died at the scene and the Waukesha County Medical Examiner’s office was called to the scene.
