The Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Department’s phone system is down due to an emergency, according to Patch’s media partners Fox 6.
All 9-1-1 and non-emergency calls are being re-routed to the Waukesha County Communications Center. The two communication centers work as backups for each other in case of emergencies.
