It is truly a shame that the reporter for the Patch did not give the full report of last nights event. She failed to mention the over flowing crowds, the caroling before the council meeting by the South choir, and the reception held in honor of the twelve award winners. The reception was complete with live music, coffee and egg nog from Cafe de Arts, chocolates from Chocolate Allo, and sweets from the Scrima family. One city employee commented that he has worked at city hall for 18 years and never seen anything like this before. This was an event that was so positive for the city's image, yet reported as if nothing really important happened. Thanks to everyone that was involved.

Ron,

I'm posting something on the carolers later this afternoon, but just to respond to your comments, I was working on this project until 1 a.m. to have the video of EVERY award recipient on the site.

Thanks,

Sarah
