A 59-year-old Waukesha man was arrested Sunday afternoon on suspicion of driving under the influence of marijuana. The man, Anthony M. English, faces his fourth operating while intoxicated charge as a result, according to a news release from the Wisconsin State Patrol.

English was pulled over for speeding by a state trooper on westbound Interstate-94 near Highway 67, the release states. The trooper noticed a strong odor of marijuana and English admitted to smoking the drug earlier, according to the release.
