Shoppes at Fox River purchased by Michigan company

Shopping center sale goes through in a $23.8 million transaction.

 

Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust purchased a newly developed shopping center on the west side of Waukesha for $23.8 million, according to a news release.

The Shoppes at Fox River  was developed last year and includes Target, Pick 'N Save, Chilis, Famous Footwear, Buffalo Wild Wings, Verizon Wireless, Noodles & Co., Subway, GNC and GameStop, in addition to other stores.

The shopping development is 135,484 square feet. Ramco Gershenson will lend the seller $3 million secured by a 17.9 acre property next to The Shoppes at Fox River, the press release states.

The Shoppes at Fox River, located on Sunset Drive just east of Highway X, originally was developed by Opus North.
