Republicans Open Campaign Office in Waukesha

Focus of local efforts will be on 2012 election season and fighting the recall election against Gov. Scott Walker.

The Republican Party of Waukesha County opened its “Victory Campaign Office” last week at 1701 Pearl St.

The guest speakers included Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald, Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch and Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner, in addition to other lawmakers, according to a news release from the party.

From the news release:

This event kicks off the 2012 election campaign season where we shall help defend our governor and beat back this effort to disenfranchise our votes from last November.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, which opposed Walker's collective bargaining reforms, recently noted, "The governor did balance the budget … he did reduce the structural deficit significantly; he did put a lid on property tax increases; he did give schools and municipalities more control over their budgets than they've had in years."
What?....do ya think the Journal Sentinel is lyin'???? No way baby!!

Hey Keith -- How many stories are you going to post the same response to?

I understand that you need to follow the talking points very strictly after making that gaffe outing the fact that Kathy Nickolaus would have a primary...but you're taking message discipline to a new level!
