Police Report: Throwing Cereal; Noise Violations

Waukesha Police Department calls from April 2 and April 3

A 13-year-old was arrested and taken to juvenile shelter care after it was reported the juvenile was out of control and throwing cereal at 7:37 a.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of East Sunset Drive.

In other Waukeha Police Department calls:

  • The theft of money was reported at 8:48 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of West North Street.
  • A person was arrested for violating electronic monitoring at 2:05 p.m. Saturday in the 1300 block of East Moreland Boulevard.
  • A man was arrested after it was reported he was intoxicated, swearing at a woman and throwing a bottle at the woman at 5:30 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of West North Street.
  • A woman was injured during a car accident at 9:11 p.m. Saturday at Oakdale Drive and Highway 59.
  • A person was cited for a noise violation after a loud party was reported at 9:59 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of Anoka Avenue.
  • A possible underage drinking party was reported at 10:02 p.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of Indianwood Lane. Police contacted the parents about the issue and had them return home.
  • A bar was advised to keep the door all the way closed after a loud noise complaint was made about the music at the bar at 10:54 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of West Main Street.
  • Two people were warned that if they were in the park after hours again, they would be cited. The people had been spotted on the playground at Cutler Park at 12:41 a.m. Sunday.
  • A person was warned after it was reported a loud party was occurring at 2:02 a.m. Sunday in the 2600 block of North University Drive. The person turned down the music when told by police they were being too loud.
  • A person was arrested during a traffic stop at 2:33 a.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of West St. Paul Avenue.
  • A person was warned to pay a bill at 5:40 a.m. Sunday after it was reported two men skipped out of a restaurant without paying for their food in the 2300 block of West St. Paul Avenue.
