Police Report: Suspicious Man to See the Mayor; Incense Mistaken for Marijuana
Waukesha Police Department calls from April 21 and April 22.
A man, who was requesting to see Mayor Jeff Scrima, was acting suspicious and didn’t want to give his information at 1:38 p.m. Thursday at City Hall. Police made checks for the man and could not locate the man.

- A woman reported she believed someone was tampering with her vehicle at 7:43 a.m. Thursday in the 300 block of West Main Street.
- A person was cited for open intoxicants and being uncooperative with police at 9:18 a.m. Thursday after it was reported four young men were hanging around a park bathroom in the 600 block of North Hartwell Avenue.
- The theft of a baseball bat and batting gloves was reported at 9:19 a.m. Thursday at Waukesha South High School.
- The theft of an ultrasound machine was reported at 10:46 a.m. Thursday in the 800 block of Corporate Court.
- A woman was arrested after it was reported she was beating a man with a broom during a domestic disturbance at 11:10 a.m. Thursday in the 400 block of Kimberly Drive.
- A possible identity theft was reported at 11:29 a.m. Thursday in the 2600 block of Denton Drive.
- A person was arrested on a warrant at 12:03 p.m. Thursday in the 800 block of North Grand Avenue.
- Two students were cited at 1:33 p.m. Thursday at Waukesha South High School.
- A disorderly conduct incident was reported at 1:52 p.m. Thursday at Waukesha North High School.
- A student was reported to being disorderly and disruptive in class at 2:05 p.m. Thursday at Waukesha South High School.
- A man was reported to having pulled his pants down at 3:54 p.m. Thursday. The indecent exposure incident was reported in the 900 block of North Barstow Street.
- A person was arrested after it was reported he hit another man in the face at 5:18 p.m. Thursday in the 1400 block of Oakdale Drive. An ambulance was called for the victim, who complained of nausea and head pain.
- A person was arrested on a warrant at 5:22 p.m. Thursday in the 2000 block of Silvernail Road.
- A man reported believing a neighbor was smoking marijuana at 8:13 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of Kimberly Drive. Police responded and determined the neigbor was burning incense for prayers earlier.
- A man who checked into the seasonal homeless shelter at 10:46 pm. Thursday in the 1700 block of Northview Road was arrested on a warrant.
- A woman was removed from a bar at 1:14 a.m. Friday upon management’s request in the 900 block of Friedman Drive. The woman was later arrested.
- A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 2:03 a.m. Friday at Tenny Avenue and Wedgewood Drive.
- A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 2:36 a.m. Friday at East Broadway and North Greenfield Avenue.
- A man was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving after it was reported he was passed out behind the wheel at a stoplight at 3:58 a.m. Friday at Oakdale Drive and Highway 59.
- A person reported that a mailbox and its post were taken and a bag of vegetables was filled in the hole at 5:51 a.m. Friday in the 500 block of North University Drive. The mailbox and pole were found nearby and were not damaged.
