Police Report: Drunken Driving; Calls Over Gov. Walker Recall

  • A domestic disturbance was reported at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of West Dunbar Avenue.
  • A child threw a football-sized rock that damaged a vehicle at 12:24 p.m. Wednesday at Blackhawk Trail and Highway 164.
  • A person who had a recall Walker sign on her lawn told police that someone put dog feces in her lawn at 1:33 p.m. Wednesday in the 1500 block of Pine Street.
  • A recall worker reported being threatened to by shoved into the street by another person at 2:17 p.m. Wednesday in the 2300 block of Bluemound Road.
  • A theft of prescription medications was reported at 2:41 p.m. Wednesday in the 1800 block East Main Street.
  • Three juveniles reportedly were playing chicken at 5:51 p.m. Wednesday at East Moreland Boulevard and East Main Street.
  • A person was arrested on a warrant at 8:29 p.m. Wednesday in the 1900 block of Madera Street.
  • A person was arrested during a traffic stop at 10:07 p.m. Wednesday at Grand and Wilson avenues.
  • A man came to the police department at 10:47 p.m. Wednesday that assassins were in his head threatening him. The man was given options and his family was contacted.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving at 12:07 a.m. Thursday during a traffic stop at Camden Way and East Sunset Drive.
  • People were warned after verbal argument over a stolen hat at a bar was reported at 1:21 a.m. Thursday in the 200 block of Madison Street.
  • A person was arrested at 1:51 a.m. Thursday after a fight was reported in the 200 block of West Main Street.
  • Intoxicated people were warned after it was reported they were being loud and walking through yards at 3:03 a.m. Thursday in the 1400 block of Michigan Avenue.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving after a reckless vehicle was reported at 3:22 a.m. Thursday at East Moreland Boulevard and Springdale Road.
  • A person was arrested at 3:23 a.m. Thursday during a traffic stop at Buckley and Baxter streets.
  • A person was arrested at 3:36 a.m. Thursday for an absolute sobriety violation during a traffic stop at Hoover and South Grand avenues.
