Police Report: Driving Drunk to Police Officer; Stolen Snowplow Stick

Waukesha Police Department calls from Dec. 21 and Dec. 22.

 

The following information was supplied by the Waukesha Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

  • A man reportedly grabbed a woman and attempted to steal her purse before leaving the area at 7:59 a.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of East St. Paul Avenue.
  • A 29-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving after he drove to a police officer and blew a .10 percent on a breath test at 8:12 a.m. Wednesday in the 1900 block of Pewaukee Road.
  • A building was tagged at 8:28 a.m. Wednesday in the 1400 block of South East Avenue.
  • An arrest was made after a domestic disturbance incident was reported at 8:55 a.m. Wednesday in the 1300 block of Navajo Lane.
  • A theft was reported at 11:13 a.m. Wednesday at Waukesha South High School.
  • Two juveniles were turned over to parents at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday after they were found not in school at North Moreland Boulevard and North Hine Avenue.
  • A juvenile was cited for smoking at 12:01 p.m. Wednesday at Waukesha North High School.
  • Police helped the Milwaukee Police Department arrest a person at 12:08 p.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of Wisconsin Avenue.
  • A theft of sign posts was reported at 12:33 p.m. Wednesday in the 1100 block of Anoka Avenue.
  • A man was reportedly going through dumpsters at 1:09 p.m. Wednesday in the 1400 block of Big Bend Road.
  • A juvenile reportedly stole an orange snowplowing stick from a driveway in the 1800 block of Madison Street at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday. The juvenile was gone when police arrived.
  • A little girl was found running on Summit Avenue near the 600 block of Meadowbrook Road after she missed her school bus at 3:55 p.m. Wednesday. The girl’s mother arrived and took her home.
  • A man was arrested at 3:56 p.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of Delafield Street after it was reported he pushed another person.
  • A person was arrested on a warrant at 5:23 p.m. Wednesday in the 2100 block of East Moreland Boulevard.
  • Two arrests were made at 7:03 p.m. Wednesday in the 2000 block of South West Avenue.
  • A man  reportedly was walking around with a 2-inch glass pipe at 7:44 p.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of Summit Avenue. The man got rid of the pipe before police arrival.
  • Six men reportedly were yelling and screaming in a yard at 8:24 p.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of West Newhall Avenue.
  • An arrest was made after a disorderly conduct incident was reported at 9:08 p.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of West North Street.
  • Two juvenile siblings were fighting over a girl at 9:20 p.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of Scott Avenue. The juveniles were separated for the evening after it was reported one of the juveniles made a suicidal statement in response to the fight with the sibling.
  • An arrest was made after a domestic disturbance was reported at 11:41 p.m. Wednesday in the 1800 block of South West Avenue.
  • Two arrests were made at 1:22 a.m. Thursday during a traffic stop at Arcadian and North East avenues.
  • An arrest was made after a domestic disturbance between a man and a pregnant woman was reported at 2:46 a.m. Thursday in the 200 block of South Grand Avenue.
