Shrieking ladies of all ladies got a little dirty as they crawled through the mud, dashed over hay bales and climbed ropes during the Dirty Girl Mud Run this weekend at the Waukesha County Expo.
After the 5K, American Idol finalist Danny Gokey, a newlywed whose wife is expecting their first child, sang for the crowd Saturday night.
The muddy fun begins again Sunday.
Some proceeds from the event benefits breast cancer research.
