As reports of the contract talks concluding just in time to begin the 2011 football season, several media reports are claiming the Green Bay Packers are expected to report for Training Camp on Friday.
Training Camp marks the beginning of the football season – and for Packers’ fans, an opportunity to see the legendary football team without spending major bucks.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is reporting that the first practice with pads could be Monday. The Green Bay Press-Gazette also is reporting on Training Camp, stating that Head Coach Mike McCarthy already planned to revamp the practice schedule this year and it is unknown what that schedule will look like.

It's not quite training camp, but my parents inherited a share of Packers stock from my late grandmother who was a huge fan in her day. They will be attending a shareholder meeting at Lambeau the day before training camp on Thursday. I am jealous, and I am positive that the atmosphere will be electric with excitement. Both my mom and dad feel a more vested interest in the green and gold since they have this stock. Sarah, if you wanted to get a story, I know that their is one there and my parents would be happy to speak with you.
