A Waukesha man is accused of having drugs in his home after he overdoses on heroin, according to a criminal complaint.
A 38-year-old Waukesha man is accused of having drugs in his home during a recent incident where he overdosed on heroin.
Sean K. Zwintscher was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Wednesday with one count of possession of narcotic drugs, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of possession of THC, which is the active ingredient in marijuana. If convicted, he faces up to two years in prison and $11,500 in fines.
According to the criminal complaint:
At 12:01 a.m. Dec. 29, Waukesha police officers were called to a residence in the 100 block of Cook Street after Zwintscher’s girlfriend got off of work and came over to see him and found him passed out on the floor. She said she had seen Zwintscher snort heroin twice before and he now looked liked he vomited out of his nose, which wasn’t right.
Zwintscher was revived and officers found drugs and paraphernalia in his home. He’s currently being held in Waukesha County Jail on $2,500 bond while awaiting trial.
