Oral Sex in the Park Leads to Charges

A Waukesha woman is facing charges after she was caught performing oral sex on a man near a popular Waukesha park on Sunday.
Diane J. Perez, 45, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Monday with one count of lewd and lascivious behavior and one count of bail jumping. If convicted, she faces up to 18 months in prison and $20,000 in fines.
According to the criminal complaint:
At 2:03 p.m. Sunday, a woman was rollerblading with her two young children in the Frame Park area and while on a bike path near North West Barstow Street and Corrina Boulevard, her 7-year-old son stopped and was looking at two people nearby.
The mother saw Perez bent over in front of a sitting man and noticed she was performing oral sex on him. The woman yelled at Perez because her children saw her, but she yelled back in a loud and animated way.
Perez is free on a $500 signature bond while awaiting trial.

I am sure he is, seeing as how she was charged with bail jumpin I would guess that she was held on that for court and he was booked and released on the Lewd and Lacivious.
