Mom Caught on Waukesha Police Camera Dealing Drugs With Toddler

Allison Kircher, 25, of Okauchee, faces prison time after being accused of taking her young child with her to sell heroin and methadone.

The Waukesha Police Department has provided Waukesha Patch with a video it took of a 25-year-old mother selling drugs while her toddler wanders near the vehicle, at times hitting the vehicle with a small stick.

The woman, Allison Kircher, 25, of Waukesha is accused of taking her son with her when she was dealing heroin and methadone, according to a criminal complaint, at times using the young child to help in the transaction.

Kircher was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with two counts of delivery of narcotics, two counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, one count of manufacture and delivery of heroin and one count of using a child to manufacture and deliver drugs. If convicted, she faces up to 61 years in prison and $170,000 in fines.

Kircher is accused of having her toddler hand the drugs to a confidential informant working with the Waukesha Police Department, according to a criminal complaint. Kircher remains in jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.

"For people to inoculate their children, that being around heroin is okay, it's a problem in our society," Sgt. Jerry Habanek told Patch’s media partners at Fox 6.
