Man Charged After Passing Out in Back Yard
Man is accused of shooting up then passing out after going outside to meet a man about drugs, according to a criminal complaint.
A 34-year-old Waukesha man is accused of passing out in his ex-girlfriend’s yard after injecting himself with heroin, according to a criminal complaint.
Raymond G. Anderson Jr. was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Monday with one count of felony bail jumping, one count of possession of narcotic drugs, one count of possession of an illegally obtained prescription and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison and $21,000 in fines.
According to the criminal complaint:
At 7:51 p.m. Saturday, Waukesha police officers were called to the 100 block of Randall Street after a woman reported her ex-boyfriend was lying in the back yard with a syringe next to him. She said Anderson is a heroin addict and she wanted him out of her life.
Officers awoke Anderson, who said he just injected himself with heroin, so he was taken to Waukesha Memorial Hospital to be medically cleared.
The woman said she heard Anderson on the phone talking with another person about purchasing drugs and when he went outside to meet the person, he never came back in. Officers found heroin paraphernalia in the garage and three Alprazolam pills.
He’s currently being held in Waukesha County Jail on $5,000 bond while awaiting trial.
