Lt. Governor Holding Small Business Roundtable in Waukesha

Rebecca Kleefisch coming to La Casa de Esperanza on Nov. 15.

The following news release was provided to Waukesha Patch by La Casa de Esperanza:

Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch will host a Small Business Roundtable, which will serve as Governor Walker’s sounding board on small business issues and will be tasked with providing input and recommendations to improve the business climate in Wisconsin. Walker's focus is to catalyze the private sector for job growth, and to create the conditions for small businesses and entrepreneurs to adapt and thrive.

La Casa de Esperanza, Inc. has invited local business owners and leaders to the roundtable discussion with Kleefisch at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 15. They will discuss ways in which Wisconsin’s small businesses can move our economy forward and create jobs for Wisconsin workers.

“Small businesses are the engine of our economy in Wisconsin and I’m looking forward to a good discussion about the challenges our small businesses face in this highly challenged economy,” said Kleefisch.  “The input we receive will be vital in resolving the economic challenges they face so we can restore our economy and put our people back to work."

The Small Business Roundtable will be held at La Casa de Esperanza at 410 Arcadian Avenue in Waukesha, WI. Please confirm your attendance with Kelly Colgan at 262-832-1507 or kcolgan@lacasadeesperanza.org.

Looking through her bio, I see nothing that qualifies Mrs. "Can we marry dogs?" Kleefisch to discuss business and economic matters. She was clearly added to the Republican ticket for her social opinions, not any expertise she may have. That and the political connections of her husband. That was one of the big things that convinced me not to vote for Walker.
