Ian Ash to Open for Beach Boys
Carroll University graduate wins Waukesha County Fair Top Singer contest.
Ian Ash, lead singer of Ian & The Dream, won the Waukesha County Fair Top Singer contest Wednesday night, securing his spot to open for the Beach Boys on Sunday.
Ash won the Summerfest Pepsi Talent Search with an original song when he was 13 years old, according to his bio. His band has a Beatles influence.
Ash graduated in 2008 from Carroll University with a bachelor's degree in music.
