Hispania Restaurant Plans Early May Opening in Downtown Delafield
Mexican restaurant plans to offer traditional dishes, such as quesadillas and tortillas.
Editor's note: The following information was provided to Patch via a news release from Steinergroup.
A new Mexican fusion restaurant is planned for the Lake Country area.
Hispania is locating in downtown Delafield and will feature “authentic, house-made quesadillas, tortillas, and other traditional Mexican dishes,” states a news release from Steinergroup, a Milwaukee-area developer.
“When Juan Gutierrez approached us with the concept,” said Jason Steiner, president of Steinergroup, “I knew right away that this restaurant would be a hit in Delafield. Our leasing strategy has always focused on new, exciting ideas that would bring enthusiasm to a growing downtown Delafield. Hispania is a perfect addition to quite the eclectic tenant mix.”
Hispania will open in early May in the same building as Elements East, InStep Running, and Oliva Di Vita.
