FedEx Smart Post Donates $4,000 to Help Waukesha's Homeless

Editor's Note: The following information was provided to Patch via a news release from the Waukesha County Business Alliance.

New Waukesha County Business Alliance member FedEx Smart Post Corporation in New Berlin recently donated $4,000 to the Hebron House of Hospitality in addition to countless hours of volunteer time FedEx Employees have worked over the year.  Jim Jackson, Director of Sales at Waukesha County Business Alliance and board member for Hebron House, said, “FedEx has been a valuable partner for the Hebron House, and seeing two Alliance members come together to help the community is always inspiring.”

Hebron House of Hospitality began serving Waukesha County in 1983. Their mission is to provide individuals and families in Waukesha County temporary housing and basic necessities while helping them transition to permanent employment and housing, regardless of nationality, sex, age or disability. Hebron House serves the community through case management, no-interest loans, expediting supplemental security income (SSI), and permanent supportive housing.
