Costumes, Candy & Patch Halloween Guide
You’re ready for Halloween, but be sure to grab that camera and join our contest.
Halloween is not too far away, and there are plenty of ways for Waukesha residents to find a spooky experience.
Between haunted houses, trick or treat times, pumpkin patches and corn mazes, Waukesha Patch has you covered. However, we can’t protect from ghosts, goblins and haunting tummy aches from too much candy.

Meanwhile, Trick or Treat hours became controversial this year after Alderman Paul Ybarra suggested Mayor Jeff Scrima look at changing the date and time when Halloween falls on a school night. Trick or Treat is still scheduled to run from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Oct. 31.
Trick of Treat in Downtown Waukesha is from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29.
Meanwhile, children were dressed as princesses and scary creatures during last week’s Minooka Mash. Check out the video from the celebration. And as you are dressing your cute kids up in their favorite Halloween costume, be sure to upload the pictures to our creative costume contest on Patch.
