The police do not take someone into custody for no good reason at all. And this live-in girlfriend/boyfriend thing...is this the norm?

His behavior is unacceptable as is Anyone's in this type of situation. A man that must batter must be punished and pay the price. I am sure that this is not the first time that this has happened with him, it never is. Once a batter always a batterer. And what does a live in boy friend/girl friend situation have anything to do with this? This is the way that our society lives. My friend was arrested for his now ex wife kicking in his garage door. The cops are gonna take someone in...they chose him based on what they had to work with from 2 sides of a story. Hear both before you make ignorant judgements

There are two sides to every story. There could be alot of crzy going on from that other side.

Lynn, you are wrong. Waukesha police always take someone in on a domestic violence call...it is policy. This happens even with allegations that lack physical proof.

I have been witness to it. Lived in a bad apartment building. Waukesha cop told me they take in whoever looks less injured. Police blotters do not tell. In an ideal world, they need cause. In Waukesha, that is not always the case.

To the folks that wanted to ruin dan needles career. Never judge before you here both side of a domestic violence case or any other. Wisconsin, the womens state, in 85% of all DV calls the male will be tagged. Iam glad that he will be back to his job! And for the people that cant idendtify themselves, I'll bet its a scorned women, trying to get payback for someone in their past, so they say anything without any knowledge of facts. They just need to get revenge!!!!
