Seeking the Best Fish Fry in Waukesha

As of 9 a.m. Friday, we nearly 250 votes in our Best Fish Fry poll. Voting is now closed. Thanks for participating everyone! Watch for the winner at noon.

We've been taking your nominations all week on both Patch and Facebook, but now it's time to crown a winner in our search for the best fish fry in Waukesha.

Our quest for the establishment that fries 'em up the best kicks off our new "Best of Patch" competition. Every week, we'll be asking readers to weigh in on the top businesses in our community in a variety of categories.

Here's a list of some of the local places you nominated for Wisconsin's guiltiest pleasure:

While we appreciate all the nominations, now is the time to vote for the best fish fry in Waukesha. And you can do that by voting in the poll attached to this story.

Voting closes at 9 a.m. on Friday, and the winner of the contest will be announced at noon on Friday.

Because this poll is not scientific, it is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner. The winner will be determined by the Patch editor, based on poll results, comments and reviews on Patch Places. Please vote only once per survey, per Patch.

So tell us where your favorite place is to eat the crispy cuisine. And don't forget to say why it's your choice in the comments below.

Watch next week for the contest to vote on the best day care center.

How did J Lotti's not get nominated? It is way better than most on this list. I do agree that Master Z's has an incredible fish fry as well.
